Standing clean position (1 - Adv/Beg)
Standing start press (2 - Adv/Beg)
Standing mid press (3 - Adv/Beg)
Standing lock out (4 - Adv/Beg)
Seated Assisted Version
Key Points:
Sit tall on your âsits bones.â
Start in the clean position, but have your assisting hand grab on top of your working hand.
The kettlebell needs to track slightly in front of you. You will not be able to open your pressing arm out to the side.
Once you have locked out the press, tighten your lats and pull the kettlebell down. If possible, release your assisting arm and let your working arm bring the kettlebell back down into the rack position.
All other points apply for performing the press.
