Comments: C. cyaneopubescens is without a doubt one of the most beautiful species being kept in captivity.

Enclosure: C. cyaneopubescens in found in humid tropical forest areas but their enclosure in captivity can be a basic terrestrial setup. Substrate can be a relatively dry mix of sand and peat moss. A curved cork bark shelter should be added and the area underneath this bark should be sprayed once or twice each week. A live or artificial plant can add to the beauty of the Greenbottle Blue’s enclosure. They produce a fair amount of webbing, but a keeper can gently remove the webbing on the plants to make sure they thrive in the enclosure.
