Exercise Two: Mindful Meditation Walking
Since Tantra is full of nothing but moves, you have to learn to be in the now when you are actually doing something. This actually etches your brain with this technique and should be done as well for one month at least 15 minutes a day. The exercise will help you with your health immensely as well as your performance.
For this walk you must be alone. This is not a partner or a buddy thing. You must not have any distraction such as a phone or a radio. If you feel you need the phone for safety then have it turned to silent but NOT vibrate. All of your conscious thought is on your walk. We want you to be safe so make sure you aren't walking in the middle of the street busy or not, all it takes is one car and that's an accident.
Go to a park where it's well-lit with a path that you can just focus on your feet touching the ground. Notice each step and don't even be distracted by the nature around you. You are focused on the thing at hand and that is the act of walking.
Do this for 15 minutes a day for one month and you can add to it too. If you are in a place where walking is not possible, safe of comfortable you can do a mindful meditation while washing the dishes or doing the lawn etc.. whatever you can do undistributed is great.
