Use Bullet Points
Whenever possible, avoid writing paragraphs and instead use bullet points, which are easier for salespeople to read and follow. A salesperson may not read through a paragraph, but if you change the same four-sentence paragraph into four one-sentence bullet points, he is more likely to read through all the information. For instance, this paragraph could be written as:
