Make sure that you strike a balance between superiority and likeability. If you never smile, then you will come across as if you don’t like the woman. But if you smile constantly, it gives you the impression that you have low social status— you are trying too hard. Some things, like a relaxed, spread-out stance help you with superiority and likeability, so you should always be spreading out and relaxing.

3 Bad Habits That Instantly Turn Women Off

Avoid the three habits below and you'll have an advantage over about 95% of the guys out there. That in itself, when women feel it, makes them feel more comfortable around you instantly.

1. Bragging

"You should see my beautiful house."

"I'm about to collect six figures a year!"

“I've got a great sports car."

The irony about bragging is that it usually conveys the opposite of what you’re saying. For example, if you brag about being wealthy, other people will automatically think that you're a poor guy who's looking for validation. Why else would you need to talk yourself up like that? Stop verbalizing your good qualities explicitly, and let the woman figure them out by herself. This demonstrates your self-confidence and also makes you a little mysterious in her eyes. Strive to be a never ending source of interesting discoveries for her, not a blowhard.

2. Putting yourself down

Lower status Men tend to be humble because they avoid offending others and want to be seen as respectful. Except for when it's an obvious joke, Alpha Men should lack self-deprecating modesty. Women are attracted to high self-esteem. Think of yourself highly and a woman will think of you highly. Let’s look at the following examples (imagine a Man saying these in a playful tone of voice):

"I'm so frail, I'm not sure if I can lift that heavy thing."

"I'm unemployed, and live in my parents’ basement!"
