What you need to have on hand to maintain your fleet with the safety of users in mind depends on what business you are running, of course. But no matter what, you don’t want a vehicle sitting idle just because you don’t have the tool or supply for a simple fix. That one bicycle that is the perfect size for the extra tall person in the family may mean you lose rental for five bicycles when the whole family can’t go, not just one.

Any business near a significant town likely has an automotive supply shop within quick driving distance, or even one that does deliveries, to provide you with the part you need to service your vehicle and get it back on the road. Some of the larger chain automotive parts companies are even open on Sundays, giving you little reason for down time if you do your own mechanical work. However, if that part is an unusual one that needs to be ordered, you need to plan ahead a little to be able to deal with that as quickly as possible.
