Carriage Terms: You may want to assign postal or courier costs to the order. You can set up specific nominal codes for the carriage costs to be charged to. If you set up departments, use the drop-down list to select the appropriate department. You can also add the consignment number and courier details and track your parcel by accessing the courier’s website.

Settlement Terms: Some information may already be present in these boxes, depending on what details you entered on your supplier record. You can enter the number of days during which an early settlement discount applies, see what discount percentage is applied and see the total value of the invoice.

Tax Analysis: The tax analysis for each product item appears at the bottom of the Footer Details tab. The list shows a breakdown of all the VAT into separate VAT codes.
