Directions

Preheat oven to 220°C

Place a skillet over to high heat, add oil and heat

Transfer onion powder, turmeric, chili powder, black pepper and salt to skillet. Stir-fry for 2 minutes

Remove from heat. Season turkey with banana flour and onion powder mixture. Allow to stand for 12 minutes

Place turkey in a coated baking pan

Transfer to pan oven and bake for 18 minutes
