There is nothing to be afraid of

If while Remote Viewing or operating, at just Alpha or Theta, you perceive an undesirable presence within your realm of mental awareness, stay calm!

The rule is simple: refuse to fear anything and make it disappear from your consciousness by mentally projecting at it the word “small”, until the entity is reduced to a speck and discarded.

Sometimes the word delete is also powerful. Some students like to call upon helpers like angels, lightwarriors etc.

My preferred assistants are the archangel Michael, Jesus and the powerful Light Warrior Leader Amanar! When I call upon them there is nothing that can withstand their light and power!
