Acetyl-L-carnitine boosts mood, learning, and memory. Some studies show that it slows mental decline in Alzheimer’s patients. A recommended dosage is 2,000 mg or less per day.

Resveratrol can slow or even stop the progression of Alzheimer’s. A dose of 10 to 100 mg per day is needed to be effective.

EGCG and vitamin C are an unbeatable combination. EGCG, a powerful catechin extracted from green tea, helps protect telomeres while preventing and repairing cell damage throughout your whole body.
