25. Cabbage and Corned Beef Quesadilla

Do you want to serve a tasty treat at your next celebration?

Then this is the ideal quesadilla recipe for you.

Serving size: 2

Cooking time: 4 minutes

Ingredients:

4 flour tortillas

10 slices of Swiss cheese

24 thin slices of corned beef

½ cup drained sauerkraut

Thousand Island dressing as needed for the dipping

Instructions:

Set a skillet over medium-high heat.

Brush one side of a flour tortilla with butter. Place the skillet with the butter side down in it.

Add slices of the Swiss cheese, corned beef, and 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut.

Top off with a second tortilla.

Cook until done for about 4 minutes on each side. Transfer onto a plate.

Repeat with the rest of the flour tortillas.

Cut into wedges and serve with Thousand Island dressing on the side.
