2 cloves

50g white breadcrumbs

300ml milk

30g butter

1 sliced onion

2 peppercorns (black)

1 tablespoon pepper

1 tablespoon salt

Directions

Add in the bay leaf, cloves, milk, and peppercorns in a pan.

Cook for 7 minutes to boil.

Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Strain the mixture into another pan.

Discard the onions, peppercorns, and bay leaf.

Throw in the breadcrumbs into the mixture.

Cook for 7 minutes.

Add in the butter, pepper, and salt.

Serve.
