Full Spectrum, One Chakra at a Time

Try running the energy into a person one chakra at a time. Focus on the first chakra and take a few breaths, just spinning that chakra and running the energy out of your hands. Continue this process with each of the other chakras. Be sure to use all seven chakras in this approach so the body can pick and choose the energies it wants to use for its healing process.

In a recent class, one of my students was running the energy through each chakra into his friend. When he got to the sixth chakra, his friend said that she felt as if she were floating. Without saying anything, he tried running the energy again through different chakras into her. Again, each time that he ran energy into her from his sixth chakra, she felt as if she were floating.
