That really makes sense. And this simple process brought us most of our knowledge and technology? Unbelievable. On the other hand, the process of evolution is simple as well and that even brought us hippies into glorious existence.

Me: “So science automatically happens if humans properly combine intuition and rationality?”

Alice: “That’s right. The process made by combining the two creates a trustable belief system. So trustable that we used it to fly to the damn moon. And soon to Mars.”

Fascinating. On top of giving us technology, is the process of science useful for anyone who is seeking? What are we seeking, if not the truth? The process of science will never tell us the truth directly. But it does act like a sculptor, taking away everything that’s not true. And the remaining sculpture might be stunningly beautiful.

Me: “Okay I get it. Since Schrödinger’s guessed equation survived all of those attacks, we have to take it and his cat seriously. So let’s assume we have a cat which is dead and alive at the same time. That must be very confusing for the good old grim reaper, aka Death. I mean what is he supposed to do?”
