Generally, a web page is not a single entity, but consists of multiple files; images, for example, are usually requested and sent separately from the initially requested (HTML) page. These additional files may originate from different sources and are not necessarily encrypted as well.

The preceding (simplified) communication concerns a GET request. When a POST request is sent to port 443, its payload will also be encrypted. However, if the communication takes place with a redirect on port 80, as in the given example, the payload will not be encrypted for the initial request to port 80.
