Visual Imagery Guide—Seventh Chakra
The following visual images aid you in the exercise. Over time, you might develop your own images.
Imagine when you breathe in you are filling your body with violet light. Picture a spinning wheel of violet light at the top of your head and allow the light to pour into your body and fill you with peace. The seventh chakra is located at the top of your head.
Visualize a purple amethyst, a plum, or violets.
The muscles take on lengthening and widening characteristics. Feel your trunk muscles become malleable; feel your back muscles spread like pancake batter across a pan.
Relax your back muscles until they feel like JELL-O. Picture molded JELL-O rocking forward and back and wobbling in circles.
