Putting the candles in place

Cut fourteen candles out of the colored paper, using the patterns below. Cut out the heart of the flame first, and then cut out the outer edge.

Open the card, put glue on the bottom ¼ inch of the candles, and attach the candles to the squares, just above the valley folds. Make sure they stick by pressing each candle onto its support with the tweezers.

VARIATION

You can replace the candles in the center of the cake with numbers with flames on top.
