Raspberry-Almond Pizza

It’s wonderfully refreshing and just a little bit glamorous, this rosyhued dessert that is both moist and crunchy. I’ve used a lot of almond extract in this recipe, so if you prefer to use a bit less, feel free. Serves 8

1 (8-ounce) can Pillsbury Reduced Fat Crescent

Rolls

1 (8-ounce) package Philadelphia fat-free

cream cheese

11⁄2 teaspoons almond extract

1⁄4 cup Splenda Granular

1 (4-serving) package Jell-O sugar-free vanilla

cook-and-serve pudding mix

1 (4-serving) package Jell-O sugar-free raspberry

gelatin

1 cup water

11⁄2 cups frozen unsweetened red raspberries

2 cups Cool Whip Free

1⁄4 cup slivered almonds
