“Q

uick, I can see the kidnappers!” shouted Rory, rallying his troops. “Keep your heads down and make a run for it.”

As the penguins approached, the two little girls tried to go through the aquarium doors at the same time and were delayed for a few moments when their doll’s strollers locked together. As they shifted them in an attempt to disentangle the wheels, Rory saw the chicks bouncing under the blankets. “At least they’re alive and well,” he said. “The kidnappers have tucked them up under the covers. I hope they don’t get too warm.”
