Choose the printer in question.

In Windows 11, choose the option Open Print Queue; in Windows 10, click the Open Queue button.

You see the list of current and pending print jobs.

The printer queue is empty most of the time, unless you’re printing a lot of jobs. Options are available for each job, including Stop, Pause, and Resume.

For example, if you were silly and tried to print the same job several times because you were frustrated or had too much coffee, you can select a job and cancel it. This method works before the job gets to the printer. Otherwise, you can click the Cancel button on the printer’s control panel as the job prints.
