Tilapia Cabbage Bowl

Ingredients:

½ cup green onions, cut into slices

1 teaspoon ground cumin

2 teaspoons fish sauce

4 tilapia fillets

1 medium green cabbage head, cut into slices

1/2 medium red cabbage head, cut into slices

2 teaspoons olive oil

½ cup mayonnaise

½ teaspoon chili powder

2 tablespoons lime juice

2 teaspoons Green Tabasco Sauce

Directions:

In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lime juice, and Green Tabasco sauce.

In another bowl, combine the fish sauce, chili powder, and ground cumin. Coat the fillets with the marinade.

Take your Instant Pot and open the top lid.

Pour 1 cup water. Arrange a trivet or steamer basket inside.

Place the fillets over the trivet/basket.

Close the top lid and seal the pressure valve.

Press “MANUAL” setting with 10 minutes cooking time and “HIGH” pressure mode.

Press “QPR” function to release the pressure.

Open the lid; remove the tilapia fillets. Chop into bite-sized pieces.

Transfer to serving plates, mix the onions and cabbage.

Top with the mayo sauce, and serve warm. Enjoy!
