Huh? He doesn’t know Chiba rules offhand? Whatever. I’ll just explain it.

In Millionaire, it’s fair to say that the local rules are the crux of victory and defeat. There exists a diverse array of local rules you can add to the basic rules, and combining them together can complicate strategy exponentially.
