When it’s balanced, you’re able to speak and listen in healthy ways. You can say how you feel and express your ideas intuitively. When it’s unbalanced, you may not feel comfortable speaking up or you may muddle your words, lie, or be unable to speak clearly. To open this chakra, wear blue crystals like turquoise, lapis, blue lace agate, or aquamarine.

Gold: The eighth chakra or aura chakra resonates with the color of gold. It is outside of the body and allows you to perceive information and energy from around you.
