The Big Pitfall – Memory Work

The most common mistakes made when ministering to fragmentation involves “memory work”. The first mistake, addressed in Chapter 5, is not making a distinction between second heaven environments and memories. This mistake can lead ministers to believe an individual is a SRA survivor when, in actuality, they are not. Remember, environments may have nothing to do with the actual trauma event that caused the fragmentation.

The second mistake is placing too much importance on memories. The vast majority of fragmented parts will not have memory of trauma and will not be aware of the fragmenting event. It is a waste of ministry time to try and obtain this information. When trauma memory does surface, the details do not need to be probed. Fascination with or desiring to understand the occult or the details of what happened to an individual is a snare of the enemy. The Lord typically releases enough historical information to give the individual the big picture but will not supply all the details. Individuals need to let go of their desire to know the details of their past trauma and move forward with their healing.
