CHAPTER 6
Honor Your Mind's Instinct
If you honor your instinct of mind power, it could be the best choice you can make. If you follow what you love, you could touch the lives of more people. So, or what makes you jump for joy, you must follow your bliss. You can make a living by doing something you don't want, but never excel tremendously.
But the most interesting, challenging, and thrilling thing is that you can guide and influence your actions by choosing your thoughts, and you can generate the energy vibrations inside you that attract reality.
The infinite strength at your fingertips
The power of mind is very strong. You need to know that you have limitless power. Please then spend five to ten minutes a day reflecting, dreaming and affirming your feelings. Some days after this little workout, you may be excited. At other times the little voice will come and say "Who are you kidding? You have no infinite strength."
But every day is the vital element here. Don't miss a day, be it exciting or boring. Mind power needs to be replicated, and somewhere in the 90-day era, as printing takes time, you should feel like you are gaining strength. Often it may take longer.
It is therefore what makes the difference between positive thinking and mental power. The first is, "Think positive and good things can happen to you." This is not a mistake; I think it is better than negative. Yet mind control takes things a step further.
Mind power makes you clearly define what you want. Then you add them through repetition using certain methods such as affirmation, visualization, imprinting, creating new beliefs. So the subconscious mind starts to take it up.
So, send yourself the right instructions and focus on them every day, because though it doesn't happen. Create a list of 15 to 20 things that make you feel comfortable and positive about who and what you are right now, and 'Now' is the answer here.
However, you often think about the objectives you want to achieve. Things you will do or change or the changes you will make. It's all right to look ahead, however you want to build a feeling of progress now at the same time. Remember: success is more successful.
Build your mind now
Write down and list the things that make you feel like you are successful now. Then, spend five minutes every day and feel good about who and what you are now when you read it. They can be simple stuff like, "I'm a good cook," "I'm a good friend," "I'm clever," "I'm clever," and more.
As a result, it will now continue to generate a positive pulse so that this frequency can attract more achievements in the future. It's a very easy, but impressive technique.
When it comes to imagination, the subconscious is obsessed with the same target, to see, to smell, to taste and to vibrate what you want to happen. But one trick when visualizing is that you have to see what is happening now and not in the future.
