How to allow anonymous users to join the Teams meeting

Turning on the anonymous join will allow anyone to join the meeting anonymously.

- Navigate to the Teams admin center and tap “Meetings>Meeting settings” from the left navigation pane.

- Under the “Participants” page, turn on the “Anonymous user can join the meeting” option.

How to customize meeting invitation

- Navigate to the Teams admin center and tap “Meetings>Meeting settings” from the left navigation pane.

- Enter the following settings under the “Email invitation” page that will be prompted;

Logo URL: Type in the web address where your school logo is stored.

Legal URL: Type in the address if your school possesses any legal webpage that people can access for legal issues.

Help URL: Enter the web address of your school’s support center.

Footer: Type in the text that you want to appear in the footer.
