EXERCISE: BRINGING THE SPHERES INTO BALANCE
1. Make yourself comfortable, close your eyes and focus on the breath. When you feel sufficiently relaxed begin by visualising a pulsating sphere of white light above your head. This is the source of celestial energy symbolised by Keter, the Crown sephirah.
2. Draw the light down into your head and sense the warmth dissolving all tension in your forehead and temples. If you suffer from migraine this aspect of the exercise is often enough to bring relief and can even cure the problem once and for all if practised on a regular basis.
3. Now sense the sphere of light in the middle of your forehead stimulating the Third Eye centre which is the etheric, non-physical organ of psychic sensitivity. As this opens you may experience a tickling sensation or you might see images which can be analysed after you return to waking consciousness. On either side of your head at this level visualise two gold coloured spheres. These are the sephirah Binah (Understanding) and Hokhmah (Wisdom).
