Any successful business has a business plan that includes marketing, operations, and finance sections. Combined, these are the ultimate foundational tools for brand discovery and deployment. Remember, you can’t construct a business—or a brand—without laying down the foundation.
Your personal marketing plan will require the following: a situational analysis, an audience analysis, a personal SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats), a competitive analysis, a marketing strategy, and a budgeting and action plan. We’ll discuss each of these below.
