Spending some time deciding on how to phase in your MDM solution will reap valuable rewards; most long and involved “big-bang” approaches result in a “big bust.” Typically, to maximize success, plan for a first-phase implementation that takes no more than six months and can deliver some tangible values to the organization at that time.
