Spending some time deciding on how to phase in your MDM solution will reap valuable rewards; most long and involved âbig-bangâ approaches result in a âbig bust.â Typically, to maximize success, plan for a first-phase implementation that takes no more than six months and can deliver some tangible values to the organization at that time.
