You may notice that the Last Update time does not precisely match what is identified in the scheduled time. This is because, when an item is scheduled to refresh, it goes into a queue at that time. The Priority column indicates when this item will refresh relative to others in the queue.

Directly below your tab options is a content toolbar. The following list provides brief descriptions of the content toolbar options that are available when looking at the Extract Refreshes page:

New Extract Refresh: This option appears with the words New Extract Refresh and is located on the left side of your content toolbar. Clicking this option opens a page that allows you to choose a refresh schedule for a workbook.

Select All: This option appears with the words Select All and is located on the left side of your content toolbar. Clicking this option is a fast way to select all of the items displayed on the page. Once selected, you are provided with a list of actions unique to refresh schedules available in a drop-down menu on the toolbar. The actions provided on the Extract Refreshes page are as follows: Run Now…: This option allows you to execute a full refresh on a data source when you click Full Refresh.

Resume…: This option allows you to resume a suspended extract refresh.

Change frequency…: This option allows you to select a different schedule for a workbook's extract refresh.

Delete…: This option allows you to delete a workbook's extract refresh schedule.
