• Start your day with a functional movement video on YouTube (I like the channel Movement Parallels Life).
• Do housework in spurts, wear ankle weights, put on a headset, and dance while you vacuum or do laundry.
• Garden and landscape in short stints.
• Walk to your neighbor’s house, or go for a walk with your neighbor.
• Ride your bike to the store.
• Walk around the park and throw in CrossFit exercises while the kids play.
• Do a few jumping jacks or side stretches.
• Stand or walk when you are talking on the phone.
• Stretch while watching TV.
