The Spirit of Collaboration

We believe that collaboration is first an ethical endeavor and, ultimately, the destination in the collective consciousness. Let us leave aside this ultimate plank of collaboration for the time being. Nonetheless, collaboration as an essential process of ethics–abundance framework is certainly an imperative for the man in business. Collaboration is not the in-vogue networking bug, and it is certainly not the commonplace set of behavioral manners or etiquettes. Managing self in ethics–abundance is, therefore, an education in character building and not a training to whet social politesse and civic urbanity. And, unless such education is planned earnestly and undertaken wholly right from the early years in man’s life as the principal agendum for his future, the spirit of collaboration will continue to evaporate out from the midst of human life. The spirit of collaboration, therefore, stands for the collectivity and the interconnectedness of men in a universal setting. It is an assimilation and a unique demeanor that implies progressive enlargement of the subjective frame of reference for work. While dominion laws, rules, and regulations are necessary all the time, the empathic collaborative–cooperative mooring is must for man’s progress to attain the collective human flourish.
