EXERCISE 26: EASE AND COMPLETION

Remember, collect, and gather all the old family and/or cultural beliefs, messages, and adages, spoken or unspoken, around challenges, obstacles, pain, fear, and so forth, then write them down (e.g., “no pain, no gain”).

Make a meticulous inventory of each. See if they still work and serve your Highest Self. Honor their place, while putting the defunct ones in the library for reference. Release. Breathe.
