DECORATE THE CAKE: Place the white chocolate in a very small microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each to prevent burning, until melted and smooth. (Alternatively, use a double boiler to melt the chocolate.) Add a drop of pink food coloring and mix well to evenly tint the chocolate pink.
Dot the melted pink chocolate onto the cake with a toothpick to fill the tongues. Using a serrated knife, slice crosswise into 8 pieces and serve.
