Korean Plum Tea (Maesil Cha) {Beverage}

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

● 4 tablespoons Korean plum extract

● 1 cup filtered water

● Ice cubes, as required

Method:

Place ice cubes in 2 glasses.

Add 2 tablespoons plum extract into each glass.

Pour ½ cup water into each glass.

Stir and serve immediately.

Chapter Four: Recipes for Wednesday

Korean Omelet {Breakfast}

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

● 4 eggs

● ¼ cup carrots, finely chopped

● Salt to taste

● Pepper powder to taste

● 1 slice bacon, finely chopped

● ¼ cup broccoli, finely chopped

● 2 teaspoons oil, divided

Method:

Add eggs into a bowl along with salt and pepper and whisk well.

Place a pan over medium heat. Add 1-teaspoon oil. When the oil is heated, add half the egg mixture.

When it cooks slightly, sprinkle half the bacon, carrot and broccoli on one half of the omelet.

Fold the other half over the filling. Cook on both the sides.

Remove from the pan and place on a plate. Chop into chunks and serve.

Repeat steps 2-5 to make the other omelet.
