Networking is about how visible you are, or how many other people know that you exist and that you have (or have access to within the business that you work for) certain areas of expertise and depth of experience.
You already have a large network of contacts in existence â this is often forgotten, neglected or overlooked. What you have to do is to learn how to access that network as effectively as possible.
