Keto Mocha

Ingredients

1 cup Coconut Milk (from a carton)

cream cup light whipping cream

2 tablespoons erythritol

15 drops liquid stevia

2 tablespoons unsafe chocolate

1 tablespoon instant coffee

ΒΌ teaspoon xanthan gum

extractor cream

Instructions.

1. Glue in a container that will suit your immersion blender.

2. Use an immersion blender to make sure all ingredients are mixed well. Slowly add in the xanthan gum until a thicker mixture is formed. Add a much smaller amount than glue if needed.

3. Grow your frozen dessert machine, and follow the manufacturers' instructions.

4. Serve! You will add some extra instant coffee and mint to garnish.
