Macadamia Nut Bread

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 40 minutes

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

5 oz macadamia nuts

5 large eggs

¼ cup coconut flour

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp apple cider vinegar

Directions:

Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F.

Blend macadamia nuts in a food processor until it forms a nut butter.

Continue blending while adding eggs one by one until well incorporated.

Stir in apple cider vinegar, baking soda, and coconut flour.

Blend until well mixed and incorporated.

Grease a bread pan with cooking spray and spread the batter in a pan.

Bake the batter for 40 minutes approximately until golden brown.

Slice and serve.
