The right portion of the entry area for the salaried employees is below. Note that the third employee listed (CSR) is actually a hiring plan for two employees. By setting the “Number of Employees in this position” to a value of 2, the plan will account for two persons.

The next example is for hourly employees. The first employee listed below (Administrator) is paid $12 per hour, hired in October of 2011, and has a raise planned each year of $.50 per hour in October. The second employee listed is paid $8.00 per hour, hired in May of 2012, and will receive an annual raise of $.50 per hour in May.
