If a man before marrying the daughters of his paternal or maternal aunt commits adultery with their mothers, he cannot marry them anymore (subject 2394).

If after marriage he has not yet had a sexual relationship with his wife (parental or maternal cousin) but has committed adultery with his mother-in-law (aunt), there is no disorder or harm done to their marriage (subject 2395).

If he commits adultery with a women, he must not marry her daughter, but if he marries a lady, sleeps with her, and then commits adultery with her mother, his wife is still legitimate to him, and also if after marriage yet not having slept with his wife, he commits adultery with his mother-in-law, it is recommended (not compulsory) to divorce his wife (subject 2396).
