5. REVERSE LUNGES WITH ARM REACH

From a standing position, take a step back with your left leg, bending both legs while simultaneously raising your left arm in an arching position over your head and allowing your right arm to swing behind you with a slight rotation of your torso. Repeat this movement with the opposite leg and continue to alternate legs for a total of ten repetitions.

6. SIDE STEP SQUAT

From a standing position with feet together, take a step to your left and with straight arms touch the floor with your fingertips while sitting back into a squat position. Then return to a standing position, simultaneously raising your arms straight over your head and bringing your right leg next to your left leg. Repeat by stepping to the right and continue this alternating side-to-side movement with legs and arms for ten repetitions.
