Directions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine onion, yogurt, ginger, garlic, masala, salt, cardamom, turmeric, cinnamon, jalapeno with the lamb. Coat thoroughly and set aside for 30 minutes.

2. Pour the lamb sauce into the Instant pot in an even layer. Spread the rice on top and pour water over the top.

3. Change the setting to ‘Manual’ mode with high-pressure. Set the timer for 10 minutes.

4. When the pot timer is done, let your Instant Pot cool for 10 minutes before releasing the steam and removing the pot lid.

5. Garnish the dish with fresh cilantro and serve over rice or fresh Naan and enjoy it!
