Will your hormonal environment be better when you fast? Absolutely! Protein synthesis and growth hormone levels are higher when you're fasted but that doesn't mean it's right to fast 7 days per week.
Do you see the point that Iâm trying to make? Yes, fasting MAY have positive aspects on potentially increasing your testosterone but Iâm not a fan of trying to do too much at once. Fasting a few times per week can clean out your system and introduce more growth hormone into your system but itâs still not the top approach.
In conclusion, the paleo diet and intermittent fasting both have positive benefits which we'll use in our program but NEITHER is optimal for raising blood testosterone levels.
I want you to get out of the mindset that you have to find whatâs best or what works better. Neither is important. When it comes to your diet, itâs about what is the most optimal approach for your goals. Iâm about to present the most optimal approach for doubling your testosterone in less than 90 days and while you may disagree with it, give it a try.
