I have successfully faced and resolved interpersonal conflicts in different units of my organisation. I can illustrate this with an example.

When I was working in our regional service for employment, there was a hard conflict between two people from another department; they did not even talk to each other, making impossible the proper performance of their daily work.

Their supervisor asked me to help overcome this unbearable situation, given my experience in dealing with these issues and having worked with them before.
