Here you can see one of the two 3/8 inch pins described in the text. The one in the forward pipe is located farther up the pipe as explained in the text.

Fabrication of the handle bars starts with a handle bar clamp, one piece of straight one-inch tubing and another piece of larger diameter frame tubing.

Making the bars requires many cuts and tack welds.

The big cutoff wheel is used to cut the radius out of the larger diameter tubing.
