“I’d have told anyone back there to get the fuck out, and they would have gone,” he hissed, baring one fang in a nasty smile. “Or they would have been on the ground unconscious.” He hugged me tight. “I’m not missing an audience. I just like reaching out and making you mine.” His tone turned tender. “But I was selfish just now. Tell me what I can do for you, Sweetness. I want to hear you scream for me.”

“Take me to your truck,” I whispered, kissing him on his neck. “Lay me on the hood, and spill yourself inside me until there’s nothing left you can give me. Come with me, lover.” I kissed his lips affectionately. “Let’s come together.”

Lash picked me up without a word, and carried me inside the garage, still kissing me with enough desire to melt me.

An hour later, Lash gently lifted me off the truck, and carried me into his own bedroom. We lay there for a while, resting in each other’s arms. Lash had given me everything he had, and he was soft now, his body curled around mine.

“I love you, Mate,” he hissed softly. “You’re everything to me, Sweetness.”

“Good,” I said contentedly. “Good.”

In the midst of my bliss, there was an odd sudden familiarity, like the recollection of a dream triggered by an unrelated event of the waking world. “It was you,” I said softly, regarding him in shock. “You were there with me, all those years ago.”
