Salt (3/4 Tsp for 1 Type of Dough) - 3 Tbsp

Sugar (1 Tbsp per Type of Dough) - 4 Tbsp

Vegetable Oil (0.5 Tbsp per Type of Dough) - 2 Tbsp

40g Fresh Yeast (10g per Bread or Dry Only 1 Tsp or

3/4 per Bread)

110 ml Beetroot Juice

110 ml Tomato Juice

110 ml Spinach Juice

110 ml Water
