Directions:

You can use either a bread machine, a kitchen mixer or something similar, or you can mix the bread by hand. You are going to start with adding all the dry ingredients to a bowl and mixing them thoroughly.

Next, add in the wet ingredients one at a time. Make sure each one is thoroughly blended before adding the next and make sure there are no lumps. Leave it to rise for one hour. Either use your hand or the bread machine to mix the dough once more, then let it rise once again.

Divide the dough into loaves and shape into the proper size, then place in bread pans.
