Feverfew

Feverfew is a beautiful plant with white flowers, but, in some climates, it can be rather invasive; give it half a chance, and it will take over your yard.

However, it does have many medicinal uses. Firstly, the name gives away that it works well to reduce a fever.

But now it has become popular as an aid to preventing migraines and reducing the time and intensity of them when you do get them.

One of the best ways to do this is to make a tea with 1-part feverfew, 1-part lemon balm, and 1-part spearmint. It is a calming, nervine tea that you can drink every day. Feverfew can also be made into a tincture for bug bites and has mild properties for relieving pain.

Feverfew has lovely white flowers, and at least where I live, is rather invasive. I don't mind, though,
