Preheat oven to 350°. Place a large baking pan (big enough for the springform pan to fit inside of) in oven with 1 inch of water in it while oven is preheating.

In a small bowl, stir together the crust ingredients. Press into the bottom of a 7” or 8” springform pan. Wrap bottom and sides of pan with a double layer of wide, heavy-duty foil.

For the blueberry sauce:

Stir sugar and cornstarch together in a saucepan. Stir in blueberries. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat until thickened. Reserve 1/2 cup of sauce for filling and refrigerate the remaining sauce.
